Start your adventure in Mendoza with an exclusive meeting at the Foster Lorca Winery, enjoying a sunset lunch and listening to the experiences of one of the survivors of the famous survival story. This inspiring story will mark the beginning of your journey.

In the heart of the Andes Mountains, you will enter an emblematic place in the world, guided by local baqueanos and professional guides. For two nights, you will be accommodated in a comfortable Base Camp. The expedition, mainly on horseback, requires no special physical preparation.

Along the way, you will hike majestic trails, cross streams and be enveloped by the natural beauty. When you arrive at the Uruguayan Airplane, you will visit the tomb, explore the remains of the plane, contemplate the memorial and read the messages left by visitors and survivors. This remote and unique place invites you to recollect and rethink your deepest values, offering an emotional and memorable experience, immortalized in the movie "The Snow Society".

DAY 1

Transfer at 5:00 pm to the Foster Lorca Winery, visit to the winery and meeting to introduce us to this exciting story, including an exclusive contact with one of the survivors, through his testimony.

At the end of the day, we will share a dinner.

Return to the hotel.

DAY 2

Pick up at 6 am for each one's lodging to travel from Mendoza to El Sosneado (300 km).

From there in special mountain vehicles we will go into the mountain range up to Puesto Araya (60 km).

From here we leave on moderate trekking or on horseback to Camp Barroso where we will arrive to stay around 6:00 p.m. in the framework of a wonderful landscape, surrounded by imposing and snowy mountains, with a unique, clear and starry sky, we are already at the entrance to the Valley of Tears.

DAY 3

At dawn we have breakfast and start the trekking or horseback riding to our awaited destination, the Avión de los Uruguayos.

Ascending to 3600 meters we will arrive to the place near the border between Chile and Argentina, where there are vestiges of the Fairchild 571 airplane, the tomb of those who remained there and the Memorial of the Miracle of the Andes. A unique place where you can breathe a special atmosphere, to live moments of meditation and reflection.

Return to Base Camp where a cordilleran goat barbecue awaits us with other wood-fired delicacies.

DAY 4

We have breakfast and then return to Puesto Araya by horseback or trekking. From there to El Sosneado in the vans.

Return by Route 40 to Mendoza, where we will arrive around 6:00 pm at the hotel where you will be staying.
